Our Products

A more positive alternative to cylinders with hydraulic depth control mechanisms,  Whoa-Stops provide a greater range of control, require less maintenance, are more reliable, and are far less expensive.  As seen below, they come in a wide range of sizes and segment widths.
Whoa-Stop Features and Benefits

High quality aluminum casting will not mar or scratch the hydraulic cylinder shaft.

Wadler Whoa-Stops incorporate a stainless steel spring to ensure it does not rust and weaken. The flat design of the spring is recessed to prevent weeds, brush or debris from grabbing the spring and ripping the stroke control segment from the cylinder.

The width size is embossed on the segment for easy identification.

Wadler will custom package Whoa-Stop sizes to fit the exact specifications of OEM customers, along with standard sets for implement dealers or farm stores.

Individual sets are packaged in see-thru plastic bags with descriptive cardboard header.  Special sizing and custom packaging is also available.
  • "Winged" Design to Allow Easy Installation & Removal

Models 9697 and 9899 have ‘wings’ incorporated into their design allowing easy installation and removal. The wings set at a 45° angle and are sized according to the width of each segment.

  • 45% Chamfer Provides Cylinder Relief

A 45° chamfer on the inside edges of each stroke control segment provides relief to cylinder seals, many of which protrude beyond the cylinder end.

  • Hydraulic Cylinder Damage Prevention

The aluminum Wadler Whoa-Stop is designed to crush in extreme loads to prevent damage to the hydraulic cylinder.

Model 9899

Model 9899 segments have a cutout on each side of the wings, engineered to allow clearance on most hydraulic cylinders and tractor implements.

Wadler Model 9899 is designed for use with cylinder shaft sizes ranging from 1.128” to 1.50”. Widths are 0.75”, 0.875”, 1.00”, 1.25”, 1.50”, 2.00” and 4.25” are available.

Model 9697
